Elliott Jarvis

Elliott Jarvis is an experienced recruiter with a career spanning over 25 years, specializing in the recruitment of engineers across various industries including airports, car plants, food manufacturing, and distribution warehouses. His primary focus is on supplying contract professionals for roles encompassing design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance within these sectors.

Most recently Elliott has been recruiting for our German clients, with massive success as per his testimonials and recommendations on LinkedIn

One notable aspect of Elliott’s expertise is his background as a qualified electrician. This knowledge in electrical work confirms his ability to identify and match skilled individuals for technical roles within engineering disciplines.

Matthew Crate-Fox

Our Co-Founder Matthew Crate-Fox has spent the past 12 years specialising in the automation/robotics industry supplying both a blue collar and while collar staffing to global organisations such as systems integrators, end user, 3PL’s and manufacturing plants on both a contract and permanent basis.

 

Matthew is a personable, results-driven, and client-focused recruitment professional with over a decade of experience in talent acquisition, staffing, and HR functions. Demonstrating success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and driving organisational growth through strategic talent acquisition initiatives. He possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in strategic sourcing and candidate engagement, as well as negotiation and offer management.
